Mutual Vision builds all customer websites using secured databases hosted at our site. The heart of Mutual Vision’s service is a Member's Directory and a Staff Directory maintained on in this Web accessible database. Mutual Vision creates these directories during the initial set-up of services. Helpful record details are accessible by all authorized club members and club staff in a private section of the club's website that requires an authorized user name and password to enter.
Beyond name and e-mail address, each database record contains as much information about the member and his / her family as they prefer. Members and staff can self-maintain any changes to their individual record such as adding a new cell phone number. New club members and club staff are easily added to the directory so both can remain up-to-date, unlike infrequently distributed hardcopy directories.
The contact information of all new members can be readily shared in the Member's Directory as part of the welcoming process. |
