How does a community association website succeed in attracting visitors?

The database which underlies each Mutual Vision supplied website facilitates the production of fresh, relevant information by our customers - no special programming or IT skills required. Our customers aren't dependent on scarce and expensive “Web Master” skills to refresh the regular flow of information. They accomplish it easily themselves by appointing their own “local administrator.” The only skills needed are writing, keyboard, and a willingness to learn.
Website page templates, most with drop down menus and fill in the blank text boxes, are supplied to simplify the entry of information onto a page. A document uploading function enables the convenient creation of many other website pages from familiar applications such as Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat Reader (PDF) documents. Content on many pages is pulled from the Membership Directory with only a few mouse clicks. A menu of all optional features is also supplied to structure the presentation of website pages.
